I have this box. A Kitchensafe box. When you put something into it, you set a timer, and the box does not open until the timer is up. As in, there’s zero way to open it (other than bashing it with a rock, I suppose). I put my phone in here when I’m working. Lately, I’ve taken to putting my phone in for 6 or 7 hours at a time. Last night, I put it in for 15 hours, so it would still be inaccessible when I woke up. My phone has been causing me stress lately. Too many projects. Too many deadlines. Too many things I should be working on. It’s just nice to be able to focus.
