If there’s something in your life that you enjoy doing, then you should probably just do that.

I’m always surprised when I meet someone who really likes to do something–draw or comment about movies or hike or whatever–but doesn’t know what he or she wants to do career-wise. Like, if there’s something that you enjoy doing, then that’s probably the career to aim for, right? 

I understand that most people can’t have nice, meaningful careers as artists or movie critics or park rangers, but so what? Everything that people want to do is difficult.
